Our Mission

... is to reduce the numbers of free-roaming and abandoned cats, using Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and adoption to good homes and barns.

Who are we?

TOMCAT SOLUTIONS is a group of experienced TNR volunteers who have made a commitment to curb cat overpopulation by providing continued TNR and Barncat services on the upper-shore.

We are a non-profit corporation affiliated with Chesapeake Charities in Centreville, MD, which provides us with a 501(c)(3) status, allowing us to accept tax-deductible donations.

Can we help you?

If you have a colony of feral cats that you are currently providing food, water and shelter for and need help getting them "fixed" so as to avoid unwanted kittens, then yes we can help you.  If you have feral cats that have adopted you and you don't care for them and just want them removed, we can help relocate them if you can provide a site.  We do not simply remove cats and have them euthanized as an animal control function.   If you need help in this area contact your local animal shelter.
